The terms that govern your use of OneClickPosts.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Aabhyasa Technologies Private Limited(“OneClickPosts”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use OneClickPosts on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.
OneClickPosts lets you create, schedule, publish and analyse social-media content across the networks you connect, with optional AI assistance and automation. We may add, change or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
OneClickPosts connects to third-party networks (Meta, Google/YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon and others) through their official APIs. Your use of each network remains subject to that network’s own terms and policies, and you must comply with them.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those networks. They may change or restrict their APIs at any time, which can affect features without notice.
You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through OneClickPosts. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it solely to operate the service (for example, to publish it to the networks you choose).
You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to publish it. You must not publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates a network’s rules.
Some features generate suggestions using AI. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is published. OneClickPosts is not liable for content you choose to publish.

Paid plans, free trials and their terms will be described at the point of purchase. Where a trial is offered, it converts to a paid plan only if you choose to subscribe. Fees, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms will be presented before you are charged.
The OneClickPosts software, brand, and design are owned by Aabhyasa Technologies Private Limited and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that third-party networks will remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneClickPosts and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold OneClickPosts harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
You may stop using OneClickPosts at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use OneClickPosts after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
