How OneClickPosts collects, uses, stores and protects your data.
Aabhyasa Technologies Private Limited (“OneClickPosts”, “we”, “us”) provides a social-media management platform that lets you create, schedule, publish and analyse content across connected social networks. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and the choices you have.
By using OneClickPosts you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
We collect only what we need to run the service:
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
We process data on the lawful bases of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, and your consent where required.
When you connect a network (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Google Business, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Nostr, Discord, Dev.to, Reddit and others), you authorise us to act on your behalf through that network’s official API. We access only the data needed for the features you use — for example, publishing a post, or reading engagement to show you analytics.
You remain bound by each network’s own terms and privacy policy. You can revoke our access at any time, either inside OneClickPosts (disconnect the account) or in that network’s own app/security settings.
OneClickPosts uses Google API Services, including YouTube API Services, Google Business Profile and Google Drive, to provide the features you enable. By connecting a Google or YouTube account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
OneClickPosts’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
Facebook, Instagram and Threads features use the Meta APIs in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We access your Pages/accounts only to publish and to read the metrics and messages you choose to manage in OneClickPosts. You can remove our access anytime from Meta’s Business Integrations settings.
Features that use LinkedIn — publishing to your personal profile or a Company Page, and reading a page’s post analytics, follower counts and engagement — use the official LinkedIn APIs (including the Marketing / Community Management APIs) in accordance with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.
We access LinkedIn data only for accounts and Pages you explicitly connect via OAuth, use it solely to provide the features you enable, and never sell it or use it for advertising. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. You can revoke our access anytime by disconnecting the account in OneClickPosts or from your LinkedIn account settings, which deletes the stored tokens.
Features that use Pinterest — creating Pins and boards, and reading Pin/board analytics — use the official Pinterest API in accordance with the Pinterest Developer Guidelines & Terms and the Pinterest Privacy Policy.
We access Pinterest data only for accounts you explicitly connect via OAuth, use it solely to provide the features you enable, and never sell it or use it for advertising. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. You can revoke our access anytime by disconnecting the account in OneClickPosts or from your Pinterest settings, which deletes the stored tokens.
When you use an AI feature (writing, enhancing, ideas, hashtags, analysis), the relevant text is sent to our AI provider — currently Google Gemini and/or Anthropic Claude — to generate the result. We send only what’s needed for that request.
AI output can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing content before it is published. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models beyond what those providers’ own terms permit.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
We keep your data while your account is active. Deleted posts go to Trash and are purged after 30 days. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.
Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
To request deletion of your data, disconnect your accounts inside OneClickPosts and email support@oneclickposts.com from your account email. We will delete your personal data and revoke stored platform tokens. You can also revoke access directly in each network’s settings at any time.
OneClickPosts is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and where appropriate we will notify you.
