What's new in OneClickPosts

Every new network, feature and improvement we ship — newest first.

Replying from the Social Inbox worked on Bluesky and nowhere else

· Fixed

Every reply outside Bluesky came back “text, parent_uri and parent_cid are required” — including Facebook and Instagram, where replying had never once worked. A “cid” is a content hash that only Bluesky’s protocol has; we were demanding it of every network, so a perfectly good reply was rejected before it ever reached Facebook. Networks are asked for it now only if they actually use one. The inbox also shows what you sent, under the comment it answers: with no record of your own replies, a comment you had already handled looked exactly like one you had not, and answering twice was the safe move.

Autopilot learns the day and the hour, per network

· New

Auto best-time worked out one hour for the whole brand. If your LinkedIn audience reads at nine in the morning and your Instagram audience at nine at night, that is an hour splitting the difference and suiting neither — so each network now takes its own proven hour, and a network with no history yet keeps the shared one. “Auto best-days” does the same for weekdays: the days your audience actually engages, never fewer than two, and never all seven, which would be the same as choosing nothing. There is also “Reuse my library first” — when a picture already in your Media Library is about the same subject as the post, Autopilot uses it instead of spending an image credit on a new one. The match has to be real: an unrelated poster under a caption is worse than a generated image, so a weak match generates as before.

Brands have a country and a language

· New

Autopilot greeted every country’s holidays and wrote in English whoever the audience was. An Indian brand with greetings switched on would have wished its followers a happy Thanksgiving. Set a brand’s country and it only greets the days that country observes; set a language and captions are written in it — Hindi and Hinglish included — while hashtags, brand names and links stay exactly as they are, because a translated #GaneshChaturthi is findable by nobody. Both are optional and blank means unchanged.

The Holiday Calendar knows where a holiday is observed

· Improved

Of sixty days, thirteen were India-only and one was US-only, all mixed together with genuinely global ones — so an Indian brand and a US brand saw the same calendar and each had to ignore half of it. Every day now records where it is observed, and a country filter defaults to your own; global days always show. Seven days were simply missing, US Labor Day among them — the list had International Workers’ Day on 1 May and stopped there, but they are different days: most of the world marks May, the US marks the first Monday of September. Every movable date was computed rather than recalled.

Connecting Facebook to a brand took every Page you administer

· Fixed

Facebook asks which Pages an app may touch — but it asks once per person and then remembers, so connecting a second brand silently reused the first answer and every Page landed on whichever brand connected last. Ten Pages meant disconnecting nine by hand, and until you did, a post meant for one brand could go out on any of them. Which Pages a brand publishes to is a different question from which Pages the app may touch, and only we can ask it, so we now do — with nothing pre-ticked, and each Page showing the Instagram account it will bring with it.

Media Library: filter by date, replace an image in place

· Improved

Editing an image always saved a copy. That is right when the original still matters and wrong when it does not — the library fills with near-identical pictures, and the version already sitting in a scheduled post is the unedited one. Apply now asks: keep the original, or replace it. Replacing keeps the file’s name and link, so a post already using it shows the corrected picture. There is also a date filter, every card is the same size instead of a ragged wall, and “newest first” sorts by the date on the card — it used to sort by the file’s modification time, which are the same thing right up until they are not.

Facebook, Instagram and Threads are open to everyone

· Platform

Meta’s Access verification came through, so all three are live for any customer rather than only for accounts with a role on our app. Connecting a Page brings its linked Instagram with it. One thing worth knowing: Facebook only offers the Pages inside the business portfolio you pick on its own screen, so a Page kept in a different portfolio will not appear until it is moved.

LinkedIn Company Pages

· New

LinkedIn posting was personal profiles only. You can now connect the Company Pages you administer — publish, and read followers and post performance for each. LinkedIn hands back every Page you administer with no way to choose, which put eight Pages on a brand that wanted one, so there is a picker with nothing pre-ticked. A brand with several Pages also picks which one a post goes to in the composer, instead of it landing on an arbitrary one.

The extension reads the page — and knows whose page it is

· New

“AI write” only ever had the page title and its meta description to work from — a sentence or two — so it was guessing at what the article actually said. There is now a “From page” button that reads the real body text and writes from it. It also asks whose page it is, and pre-answers by comparing the site against your brand’s domain. On your own page it promotes it directly, using the real details it finds. On somebody else’s it writes your own take plus the link — explicitly instructed not to reproduce or line-by-line paraphrase their sentences, and to attribute any claim it borrows. That is the ordinary way to share another site’s work; it is a writing rule, not a legal guarantee, and it is worth saying so plainly.

Extension popup: unreadable buttons and a sideways scrollbar

· Fixed

Three new controls — “Start fresh”, “View scheduled posts” and the queue’s Cancel — used a link style written for the orange header bar, so they were white text on white and could not be read at all. The character counter also got longer when it started naming the network, which pushed the row of AI buttons past the edge of the popup and produced a horizontal scrollbar. The popup now sizes itself between 300 and 380 pixels, wraps instead of overflowing, and long words in a page title or URL can no longer stretch it.

The browser extension stops losing your draft

· Improved

Chrome closes an extension popup the moment you click anywhere else — another tab, the page behind it, anything. Everything you had typed, every AI caption you had generated and every image you had picked went with it, and there was no way back. Your draft is now kept as you work and restored when you reopen, with a line telling you so and a “start fresh” if you would rather not have it. The character counter also knows which network you are posting to: it used to warn at 280 whatever you had selected, so a 290-character post went to Bluesky with no warning and got truncated, while a perfectly fine 400-character LinkedIn post was flagged. It now counts against the tightest network you have picked and names it.

See and cancel scheduled posts from the extension

· New

The extension could schedule a post and then offer no way to look at it — you had to open the app to check what was queued or stop something going out. There is now a “View scheduled posts” list inside the popup, with the time, the caption and the networks for each one, and a cancel button. After you publish, the extension also reports back how the brand has been doing over the last thirty days, instead of posting and forgetting.

Ask an AI assistant how your posts are actually doing

· New

The MCP server — the connector that lets Claude and other assistants work with your account — could write and publish posts but had no way to see whether any of them landed. It now reads engagement: totals and a per-network breakdown for any period, the numbers for a single post, and your best-performing posts with their full captions, which is the one an assistant should read before drafting anything new. Deleting is also reversible from there now: a deleted post goes to Trash for 30 days, and the assistant can list what is in there and restore it, rather than telling you a post is gone when it is not.

Autopilot sets itself up

· New

There used to be six decisions between adding your website and posts going out: which networks, how many a day, which days, what time, where the content comes from, and what the picture should be. None of them are ones you are better placed to make on day one — the answers are already in your connected accounts and your brand profile. “Set it up for me” answers all six and shows you what it chose and why, so you can disagree before anything runs. It never switches Autopilot on: that is still your call. You will also find “+ Add Autopilot” on the Autopilot page — each brand gets its own, and there was previously no obvious way to start a second one.

Every post gets its own picture, and no two look alike

· New

Autopilot used to put a generated photograph on almost everything, and photographs of an abstract idea all end up looking like the same photograph. Now most posts get a designed card carrying your logo, your colour and your words — a headline, a checklist, a big statistic, a pull quote — with real photography mixed in every third post so a month of them does not read as a slide deck. The background behind each card is generated fresh for that post, so it is never the same twice, and the text colour is measured against it rather than assumed, which is what stops a white headline landing on a pale sky. Everything is now 4:5 portrait, which takes about a quarter more of the feed than the squares we were sending. The brand mark on the card is the same one you see beside your brand everywhere else in the app.

Autopilot stops when your posts stop arriving

· New

When a social account’s token expires — the most ordinary failure there is, and one you cannot see — publishing fails from then on. Autopilot used to carry on writing a fresh post every morning into the same hole, burying the one notification that mattered under thirty identical ones. Now three failures in a row pause it and send a single message with the error the network actually gave, so you know what to reconnect.

Nine kinds of post instead of one

· Improved

The content mix decided what a post was about; nothing decided how it was built, so the hook, the rhythm and the closing line were interchangeable between a webinar promo and a blog summary. Autopilot now writes to one of nine shapes — stakes-first, what-you’ll-learn, the question your audience is actually searching, who’s teaching it, the deadline, a single takeaway, a common mistake, a practical checklist, or a straight answer — rotating so today is not yesterday. It also writes longer where the network gives it room, instead of stopping at a line and a half.

Autopilot learns from the edits you make

· New

It already learned from what performs and from what you reject. It did not learn from what you fix, which is the clearest instruction of the three — a rejection says “not this”, an edit says “not this, this instead”, with the correction attached. When you rewrite a caption before approving it, that change now feeds back into how the next ones are written. Typo-level tweaks are ignored.

Nothing obviously broken reaches your approval queue

· Improved

Whatever the AI wrote went straight to Approvals, and the things you were catching by hand every morning were not judgement calls: an empty caption, an unfilled placeholder like “[insert link]”, a post over the network’s limit once hashtags are counted, a registration post whose link never made it in, or yesterday’s post with two words changed. Those are now caught before they reach you. Whether a post is interesting or on-brand is still yours to decide — that is what Approvals is for.

A holiday post with no brand published nowhere

· Fixed

The Holiday Calendar let you schedule to a network your brand had never connected — it was reading a stored preference list rather than your actual accounts — and a post with no brand at all had nothing to publish through. It failed silently, on the day of the holiday. The platform list now comes from the accounts genuinely connected to the brand you pick, and Schedule stays disabled, with the reason on screen, until there is somewhere for the post to go. If you already have a holiday post scheduled with no brand set, open it and choose one.

Smaller things you asked about

· Fixed

Adding the same feed, sitemap or page twice is now refused by name — previously it was accepted and every item went out twice. Content source is two checkboxes rather than two cards, so you can switch a feed back off, which genuinely was not possible before. The post preview puts the picture beside the caption instead of above it, so you can judge both without scrolling. And the website’s chat bubble no longer follows you into the dashboard, where it was sitting on top of the sidebar controls.

Autopilot can post a video — and its images finally match the post

· New

Each Autopilot post now carries one visual, and you choose which: text only, an AI image, or a short AI video. The bigger change is what the image is of. It used to be generic stock art — a caption about the blank-page problem got a floating cursor and some speech bubbles. Now the picture is built from what that specific caption says, in your brand's world: your industry, your audience, your accent colour. Set it under Autopilot → Visual.

No more captions cut off mid-word

· Fixed

On networks with a tight limit — Bluesky at 300 characters, X at 280 — a generated caption could run over and get chopped, usually taking the hashtags with it and leaving a half-word at the end of the post. Captions are now written to each network's real budget, hashtags counted in, and trimmed at a sentence or a word if they ever need to be. Your hashtags also stopped appearing twice.

Brands with tracked competitors can be deleted

· Fixed

Deleting a brand failed outright if it had a competitor, an RSS feed, a campaign, a saved hashtag set or a tracked keyword attached — the button just said “Delete failed”. Fixed, along with the same problem one level up when deleting a whole workspace.

Upgrading from a trial to a paid plan

· Fixed

If you were on a free trial, choosing a paid plan could do nothing at all — the upgrade path expected a subscription a trial never has. Trials now go straight to checkout. A separate fault that could charge the same workspace more than once has been fixed too, and duplicate subscriptions cleaned up.

Listening: numbers that add up, themes that mean something

· Improved

The Listening overview was rounding sentiment in a way that could leave the split not quite summing to your total, and its “top themes” leaned on filler words. Both fixed. The feed also shows when each reply, like or follow actually happened, rather than only that it did.

A real developer platform: buy a tier, see your usage, resell it

· New

API tiers are now self-serve — pick one, pay by card, and see every invoice and receipt in your own payment history. No more “talk to us”. The developer dashboard shows what you have actually used: quota left, calls per endpoint, your busiest routes, and errors, on their own pages rather than crammed into one. And if you resell OneClickPosts, you can provision and manage your customers from the API and see usage per customer.

The API got harder to get wrong

· Improved

Every response now carries rate-limit headers, so you know where you stand before you hit a 429. Send an Idempotency-Key on a write and a retry can never double-post. Webhooks retry with backoff and keep a delivery log you can inspect. And you can pass test: true to a create call to see exactly what would happen — validation, formatting, the lot — without publishing anything or spending quota.

Inbox assignment, submit-for-approval, and a CSV import that behaves

· Improved

Assign a conversation to a teammate and mark it resolved, so two people stop replying to the same comment. Any draft can now be submitted for approval, not just Autopilot's. And bulk CSV import handles commas and quotes inside your captions properly — it used to split on every comma — with per-row validation, line numbers on errors, and a downloadable template.

A Copilot that acts — create, navigate & remember

· New

The AI Copilot now does the work end to end. Ask it to write a post and it drafts on-brand, then saves to Drafts, schedules (with a date & time), or publishes — from one chat. Say “open drafts” or “go to the calendar” and it takes you there. It remembers your brand tone and preferences across sessions, shows your live stats and a week-plan inline, and drafts posts straight from a link — by voice or text, in a natural back-and-forth.

Autopilot daily brief + a clearer on/off

· New

When Autopilot is on it now sends a morning brief — how many on-brand posts it prepared for the day, whether they auto-published or are waiting in Approvals, and the ideas behind them. The panel is simpler too: one labelled On/Off switch is all you need, with Preview and Generate-now clearly marked as one-off.

Permissions & privacy controls

· New

A new Settings → Permissions tab shows exactly what the app uses — microphone (voice Copilot) and notifications — with one-tap Allow and Turn-off. OneClickPosts never touches your camera or location, and anything you allow can be turned off any time.

Talk to your AI Copilot — voice mode

· New

Your Copilot now has a voice. Switch to Voice mode and just talk, hands-free — it listens, answers out loud in natural HD voices, and keeps the conversation going. Pick from four voices (two female, two male) and hold the whole conversation in any of 10 languages, then get a tidy summary at the end. Try it live on the homepage — no login needed.

Your AI Copilot now does the work

· New

Beyond answers, the Copilot acts. Ask it to draft a post and it can generate a matching image and publish it; say “plan my week” and it lays out a set of scheduled drafts to save in one tap; paste a link and it drafts on-brand posts from the page; ask how you're doing and it shows a live stats card. Delete, schedule and publish are one confirm-tap away — nothing destructive ever runs on its own.

Desktop & Android apps with auto-update

· Platform

OneClickPosts now ships as a native Windows desktop app and an Android app — your whole dashboard, offline-installed. New releases arrive through an in-app update prompt, so you're always on the latest without hunting for a download.

Social Listening

· New

Hear what people say about you — in one place, with sentiment over time. A daily scan pulls the replies, mentions and comments on your connected accounts, the AI tags each positive/neutral/negative, and you get a net-sentiment score, a volume trend, top themes, tracked keywords and per-network split. You're alerted the moment a new negative mention or a tracked-keyword hit appears.

Connect Claude & ChatGPT — run your account by chatting

· Platform

OneClickPosts is now an AI-agent connector. One click in Settings → API gives you a private URL you can add to Claude (web, Desktop or Code) or ChatGPT — then just chat: “post my latest blog to LinkedIn and X.” It drafts, schedules, publishes and reads your analytics, asking approval before anything goes live. Built on a hosted MCP server, no OAuth setup needed.

Developer platform — public API, webhooks & no-code automations

· New

Build on OneClickPosts. Generate a key in Settings → API and create or publish posts programmatically, then react to signed post.published / post.failed webhooks. Works today with n8n, Zapier and Make — auto-publish from an RSS feed, a spreadsheet or a form. Full step-by-step guides live on the new Integrations page.

Browser extension — post any page in one click

· New

A Chrome, Edge & Firefox extension that turns any web page into a social post: it grabs the title, image and link, writes an on-brand AI caption, and lets you pick a brand, add media and publish or schedule — without leaving the tab. It syncs your login automatically, and can be force-installed org-wide on managed devices.

Competitor Intelligence

· New

Track any rival end to end: crawl their site so AI surfaces the gaps to own (one-click Save as draft), monitor their actual posts, benchmark share of voice and cadence, and get a weekly re-check that alerts you the moment they change positioning — plus a head-to-head scorecard of where you're ahead.

White-label PDF reports — scheduled to clients

· New

One-click branded performance reports with your logo, not ours. Auto-email them to clients weekly or monthly, and benchmark a brand against its competitors right in the report.

Device & push notifications

· New

Per-alert channels: get emailed and pinged on your phone even when the app is closed (PWA web push via VAPID). A failed post never slips by unnoticed.

Bulk CSV import/export & link ROI

· New

Upload or download posts in bulk as CSV, and see which links and channels actually drive traffic back to your site — top links by clicks, and share of voice against competitors.

AI Brand Strategy & content pillars

· New

A data-driven strategy tab built from your own site — audience, positioning and AI-derived content pillars that guide every post. Autopilot is now strategy-aware, so the week it drafts stays on message.

All 14 networks are live

· Platform

Instagram, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Mastodon and Nostr join the line-up — so every major network is now connectable for publishing, on every plan. That's 14 networks in one workspace, nothing gated behind a higher tier.

Delete a post from the live account too

· New

Remove a published post from OneClickPosts and, in the same click, from the social network itself — across X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Mastodon, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube, Discord and Google Business.

Website analytics per brand

· New

See who's visiting your site right inside OneClickPosts. Paste one cookieless snippet on your website (Link-in-Bio pages track automatically) and get visitors, pageviews, top pages, traffic sources and device split per brand — no cookie banner needed. Already on Google Analytics? Add your GA4 ID and we'll pass hosted-page visits through to it too.

AI Studio in the Media Library

· New

Generate AI images, branded text banners and short motion videos right inside the Media Library — saved straight to your library, ready to download or drop into any post.

Holiday Calendar

· New

A built-in calendar of social-media holidays — mainstream and fun/niche days — so you never miss a moment. See what's coming up and turn any day into a post in one click.

Reddit publishing

· Platform

Connect Reddit with a self-serve script app — no approval needed — and submit posts to any subreddit you can post in, or to your own profile. That makes 9 live networks.

Discord & Dev.to publishing

· Platform

Two more networks you can connect with no approval: post to a Discord channel via webhook, and publish articles to Dev.to with an API key. That brings us to 8 live networks.

Multiple images in one post

· New

Attach several images to a single post — galleries on Bluesky, carousels on Instagram and LinkedIn, albums on Facebook — with a tailored set of media per network.

Real-time announcements & notifications

· New

Product announcements and account alerts now appear instantly — no refresh — over a live connection, with the bell and in-app banner updating the moment something happens.

YouTube publishing is now public

· Platform

Google approved our app, so anyone can connect YouTube and publish videos — the caption's first line becomes the title, the rest the description.

X (Twitter) & LinkedIn publishing

· Platform

Connect X and LinkedIn directly over OAuth and publish to your timeline and profile — including images and, on X, chunked video upload.

White-label branding per workspace

· New

Agencies can put their own logo, name and accent colour on each workspace's dashboard, so clients see your brand, not ours.

Faster, deeper admin console

· Improved

A rebuilt operator console: Customer-360 profiles, global search, a revenue trend chart, bulk actions and audit-log export.

AI Autopilot

· New

Paste a URL and Autopilot drafts a week of on-brand posts, ready to review and schedule.
