AI can draft your week, but a human should still say yes. Here's how to automate the boring 90% and keep the final call.

Most of publishing is repetitive: drafting variations, formatting per network, spacing posts across the week. That's the 90% worth automating. The 10% — is this on-brand, is this the right moment — stays with you.

What approval-first looks like

• AI drafts posts from your brand voice or a live source.
• Drafts wait in an Approvals queue — nothing is public yet.
• You skim, approve the good ones, tweak or reject the rest.
• Approved posts flow through the same publishing pipeline as anything you write by hand.

When to flip on auto-publish

Once you trust the drafts — usually after a week or two of approving them — you can let vetted content publish automatically at your best times. Start approval-first, earn the confidence, then remove the step.

The safety nets that matter

• No pile-ups. If yesterday's drafts are still waiting, don't generate more until they're cleared.
• Never publish into the past, and never stack two posts at the same minute.
• A clear audit trail — who approved what, and when.

Automation shouldn't mean absence. It should mean your attention goes to judgment, not busywork.
